Usability and accessibility audits

The only thing that could be possibly worse than being sued over your website not complying with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) is probably to find out that your users actually cannot use your website, as you want them to anyway. They find that they easily get confused, get lost in the jungle of pages and... leave your site!
So, in order to avoid that, usability (incl. information architecture) as well as accessibility issues should be some of the central pieces of the jigsaw that make your web business. Our usability and accessibility audit is created to secure just that.

During the auditing process we will review the structure, navigation and layout of your website and highlight all the problems which might concern you when it comes to poor information architecture on your site or general layout usability issues. We will also make an extra effort in checking if all your sites comply with DDA law regulations - and if they don't, we will suggest specific accessibility improvements which should fix the problem.

Should there not be enough analytical & statistic data available, we can arrange a random search for people representing your target group and organize dedicated focus group research. This will give us even more practical data about how exactly users use your website.

Finally, the outcome of the audit process is a document with full analysis of your website from the point of view of usability and accessibility. It will contain a list of strong and weak points of the current state, as well as list of proposed changes in layout, features and processes - that should make the site more user-friendly, more usable, and also accessible for people with various difficulties.

Of course, our role doesn't have to end there - if you agree, we can then manage the whole website update process by working together with your in-house team, making sure that all the outcomes of the audit are implemented according to the agreed plan.
